We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, this policy explains how to return your order.
Right to cancel (cooling-off period)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, without giving any reason. To do so, email support@getsateen.com with your order number.
Return window and condition
After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be:
- unused and in their original condition;
- complete, with all tags and original packaging.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded; any premium/express upgrade is not.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact support@getsateen.com within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return costs) at no charge to you. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- personalised or made-to-order items;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
